In the name of God Amen.
I William Faragher of Kirk Santan
being weak in body but sound of mind
and memory do make my last will and
testament in manner following.
First I commit my Soul to God and 
my body to Christian burial.
Secondly I leave and bequeath unto my son
in law Philip Clague spuds-hack grape and 
the like and loose pieces of timber in the 
house. Thirdly, I leave and bequeath my best 
coat to my grandson John Lawson
Fourthly I leave my loving wife Alice 
whole executor of all the rest of my 
worldly goods ~ and sixpence legacy for 
every craver ~ January 4th 1794

      Notwithstanding this will is proved but by one witness & as no
	  objection has been offered  
The Excrx is sworn in Court in form of law who hath
given Pledges for the payment of debts &
