We William Fargher of the parish of KK
Santan and Cathrine Fargher otherwise
Dawson being desirous of settling
and amicably do agree that the
said William Fargher hereby settles
and freely bestow and grants unto
my said wife all my Estate goods
property and effects to be possesed
after my decease - and in case I the
said William Fargher survives with-
-out issue I am to have all our property
and effects of which we shall be
possesed at the period aforesaid -
and for the true and faithful perfor-
-mance hereof we the said William
Fargher and Cathrine my wife
do bind our selves & either of
us under the the penalty of
one hundred pounds to be levied
and paid according to law As witness
our names this 26th of November 1791

   2d June 1794
     Wm Quirk and Thos Moore deposed that
	 Wm Fargher duly Executed the within
	 written paper wording in the presence of the
	 depnents

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown June 25th
1794
     the beforegoing setlement having been lawfully
moved the same is accepted as the last will & testament
of Wm Fargher, and Catharine Fargher the sur-
=vivor is sworn in Court in form of law & hath given
pledges for payment of debts namely Henry
Kermode &  Wm Quiggen both of John Bridson
both of Malew.
