69   Lezayre
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of John 
Wattleworth of the Curragh in the Parish of Lezayre, made 
and declared by him on the 18th day of December 1793, the 
substance of which was committed to writing the same day. 
First, he committed his soul to God, and his body to 
Christian burial. 
Item, he left and bequeathed to his son and heir Charles 
Wattleworth the sum of ten shillings as legacy. 
Item, he nominated and appointed his loving wife Catherine 
Wattleworth and his daughter Elizabeth Wattleworth joint 
and sole executors and residuary legatees of this his last 
will and testament. 
Witnesses: 
Thomas Kewley, 
Thomas Corlett. 

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre October 28th 1794, 
the executors are sworn in Court in form of law as also 
to be true and must the one to the other in the division 
of the effects, and have given pledges for the payment 
of debts and legacies namely Robert Stevenson and James 
Clark both of Lezayre
