Jane Kneale als Skillicorn, 1794

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre on the 28th day of October 1794

Jane Kneale als Skillicorn of the parish of Lezayre having departed this
life on or about the 26th day of March last past Intestate and this Court
having received intelligence thereof hath Decreed her Children namely
James, Ann and Isabel Kneale Co-administrators of all and singular her
Goods Chattels and Effects moveable and immovable whatsoever
And the said James only being present in Court He is thereupon sworn well
and truly to administer the Estate of his Intestate to pay all her just
debts so far forth as her Goods and Effects will extend and the Law shall
bind him, and to be faithful and just to his absent Co-administrators in
the division of the Residuum of the said Estate
To which Ends he has given pledges in form of Law namely John Kneale and
John Skillicorn both of Lezayre.
