              To the Revnd Vicr 
              Generl Christian­
              the humble Petition 
              of Thomas Quayle of
              the Parish of Kk Lonan
most humbly Sheweth
      That Your Petitioners Father John 
      Quayle departed this life Intestate 
      in the month of April last which 
      obliges your Petitioner to apply 
      to your Reverence for a decree of 
      Court So that the goods and Chattles 
      belonging to the Decd may be Sold 
      in order to discharge Certain 
      debts Contracted by sd Decd
               Your Petr therefore most 
               humbly prays that your 
               Reverence wou'd be pleased
               to appoint a Day of hearing 
               this Cause With Authority 
               to Charge all Parties 
               Concern'd before Your Reverence 
               so that there may be a 
               Decree of Cour granted and 
               your Petr as in Duty bound 
               Shall forever pray &c, &c

Ordered that the beforegoing Petition do come on to 
be heard before me in this Parish on Friday se'night 
whereof all proper Parties and persons to
have due Notice

At Kk Patrick 15th Augst 1794­Continued until Friday next

             To the Revd Ev. Christian 
             Vicar Genl of the Diocese 
             of Mann
             The Humble Petition of Thomas 
             Quayle admr of his late Decd 
             father John Quayle of the 
             Parish of Kk Lonnan
Sheweth
        That his said father Died Intestate 
        about the month of May 1794 whose 
        debts yr Petr is fully Persuaded 
        his Effects will not any way Extend 
        to Discharge the same and as there 
        are thirteen claims proved Two of 
        wch have come into the sumners hand 
        to Execute the same fearing they 
        should Loose any thing of their 
        claims for wch Reason yr Petr prays 
        unto Revce for Relief
                    Most humbly Prays yr 
                    Revce be pleased 
                    to stop the proceedings 
                    and to order the claimers 
                    to be paid penny 
                    Pound like and yr Petr shall 
                    every pray &c &c

Ordered that the beforegoing Petition do come on to be heard 
before me on Friday se'night whereof all proper Parties to 
have due Notice ­

                  At an Ecctal Court holden in the 
				  Court house in the Parish of Kk Patrick 
				  on the 2d Day of Octr 1795
The before going Petition having come on to be heard in the Presence of
several of the said decedents Creditors who had legally entered and proved
their Claims against his Estate and it appearing that the said Estate will
not extend to the full Payment and satisfaction of the Claims enter'd and
proved against the same: Ordered therefore that the Episcopal Register do
deduct from the said Estate funeral Expenses and all other debts that have
a Priority of Payment therefrom and afterwards distribute the Remainder of
the said Estate Penny-pound-like amongst the common Claimants against the
same and that the Petitioner to (?) Forthwith pay unto all the Creditors of
the said Estate their respective Dividends thereof ascertained by the said
Register and [..?..] [..?..] aforesaid otherwise that he be committed to
Prison there to remain until he shall submit to Law and pay all afforesd(?)

To the Sumner of Kk Lonan who if disobeyed to apply for a soldier

By virtue of Vicr Genl Christians order I have charged Jas Kelly, Henry
Skillicorn, David Mylroy, Jas Skillicorn, Charles Cannon ? Fargher, Jas
Brew and Issable Brew all of Lonnan to appear before yr Revce at Kk Patrick
on Friday next at the suit of Thos Quayle this 29th Sept 1795
