Lezayre
At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre on the 20th. October 1794.
William Garrett of the parish of Lezayre having departed
this life on or about the 9th. Day of October last past
intestate, and this court having intelligence thereof hath
decreed his children namely William, John, and Esther
Garrett co-administrators of all and singular his goods,
chattles and effects moveable and immoveable whatever:
they are thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the
estate of their intestate to pay all his just debts
so far forth as his goods and effects will extend and
the law shall bind them and to be faithful and just each
to the other in the division of the residuium of the said
estate. To which ends they have given pledges in form of
law namely John Skillicorn and John Keaney both of the
parish of Lezayre.
