84 Lezayre This affirmed to be the last will and testament of Mary Killip otherwise Clark the wife of John Killip of the Nappin in the parish of Lezayre who departed this life on or about the 3rd day of April - being at perfect mind and sound disposing memory at the making thereof. First she committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item she left and bequeathed to her four daughters Namely Margaret, Mary, Christian and Joney the sum of twenty shillings each as legacy. Item she left to any person or persons who might after her death pretend to claim any right to her goods six pence each as legacy's. She left to the witnesses of this will one shilling each. Lastly she nominated and appointed her loving husband John Killip whole and sole executor and residuary legatee of all the rest of her goods movable and immovable of what kind or nature soever. This the 12th day of April 1795. Witnesses present Char Kewney Jane Christian my X jurati 23 Jun 1795 - Executor sworn in court with pledges James Clark and Wm Kewney both of Lezayre.
