This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of William Killip of
Andreas being sick in body but sound in mind and memory at declaring
the same, upon the 20th day of December 1794 he committed his soul to God
and his body to a Christian burial.
He left and bequeathed to his son John Killip all the purchased lands with
the cart and husbandry gears, by the consent of Cathrine Killip his wife,
and said son John to pay to his sister Ann Killip the sum of forty pounds
at the possession of the afore premises.
He left and bequeathed to his three daughters namely Ellinor, Joney, and
Jane the sum of twenty shillings each in cash as legacies.
He nominated and appointed his son and daughter John Killip and Ann
Killip to be sole executors of all the rest of his goods and effects
movable and immovable whatsoever.

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre June 23d 1795.
The executors are sworn in court in form of law and also to be true and just
the one to the other in the division of the effects have given pledges for
the payment and debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will Cath
Killip the widow gives here consent to the bequest respecting the purchased
lands bequeathed to her son John Killip and more fully
expressed in the will   Probatum Est   Those Cubbon.
