     This is affirmed to be the last will
and Testament of Ann Hingley now of German
being of Sound and Disposing mind and
memory at the making thereof.

First She committed her Soul to God who
        give it and her body to Christian Burial.
Item She left and bequeathed to Ann Quick
        wife of Wm Quick one pound.
Item She left and Bequeathed to Elinor Crellin
         one pound with the feather Bed she 
                on .
Lastley She nominated constituted and
        appointed Elizabeth Crellin her Grand
        Daughter whole and Sole Executrix of all
        and singular her Goods moviable and 
        immovceable of what nature soever to be
        at my Decease and this she declared to be
        her last Will and Testament the 15th. Day of 
        September 1794.

The Exe[cut]rix(?) within named being of too tender yea[rs]
to undertake the Burthen of the will, the Revd.
John Crellin her uncle & Thos Crellin her kinsm[an]
are sworn Guardians & Supervisors of the sd Eliz
Crellin & also Ex[cut]ors(?) in trust duly to fulfil the las[t]
Will & Testament  of the testatrix, they are also t[o]
bring to the Registry a perfect Inventory & ha[ve]
given Pledges for payment of Debts & …….
Revd. John Christian of Arbory & John Crellin
of the witnesses.
