           Lezayre
At a Court holden on the parish of KK Bride 15th April 1796.
John Killip of the parish of Lezayre having departed this life on or about
the twenty eighth day of Febry last past intestate and this court having
received intelligence thereof hath decreed his four children namely
Margt, Mary, Christian and Joney co-administrators of all his goods
credits chattels and effects moveable and immoveable whatever - Margaret and
Mary only having appeared in court are sworn well and truly to administer
the estate of their intestate to return a full true and perfect inventory
thereof to the Episcopal Registry and to pay all the
just debts of the said intestate so far forth as his goods and effects
will extend and the law shall bind them and to be true and just to each
other and also to their co-administrators in the division of the residue
and to these ends they have given pledges in form of law namely James Clark
and John Kelly both of the parish of Lezayre.  Decretum Est  Wm Clucas
