This is affirmed to be the Last Will & Testament of John Key of Knockmoar in the Parish of Kirk
Patrick who departed this life about the 13th day of December 1794. Being in sound and perfect
mind and memory at the making thereof – First he committed his soul to Almighty God and his
body to Christian Burial.
He left unto his daughter Anne Key the sum of Fifteen Pounds.
He left and bequeathed unto his loving wife Anne Key alias Carran the use and benefit of all his
lands to be possessed by her until his son and Heir Thomas Key would arrive to age.
Lastly he nominated and appointed his loving wife Anne Key alias Carran to be whole and sole
executrix of all the rest of his goods and effects and chattels of what and so ever moveable and
unmovable.

The Executrix is sworn in court in form of law and acting with Richard Quirk, uncle by the father's
side is sworn guardian and supervisor of the children underage hath given pledges for the payment
of debts and legacies namely the Witness of the Will.
