Thomas Qualtrough, 1797

		          At a Court holden at the Parish of
                  KK Bride 25 Augst 1797

   Thomas Qualtrough of the Parish of Lezayre
having departed this Life on or about the first day 
of May v/96 Intestate and the Court having received 
Intelligence thereof has Decreed his two children 
namely Jane and Catherine Co administratriees
of all his Goods Credits Chattels and Effects moveable
and immoveable whatever who being under
age Margaret Qualtrough their mother is sworn
their guardian and supervisor in Trust well 
and truly to administer the Estate of her Intestate 
to return a full true and perfect Inventory thereof 
to the Episcopal Registry and to pay all the just 
Debts of the sd Intestate so far forth as this Goods 
and Effects will extend and the Law shall bind
her ~ and to these ends she has given the Pledges in
form of Law namely Thomas Allen Esqr and
Charles Kewn of the Parish of Bride. John Qualtrough 
the Grandfather is also sworn guardian & supervisor 
of the said children.
