In the name of God Amen
I Margery Kneale of Regaby Veg being sick and weak in body but of
perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the same, do make this my last
will and testament in manner and form following:
 First I commit my soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my son William my part of the clock to be
possessed by him after the death of my husband Patrick Kneale and not until
then.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my grandson Wm the sum of five shilling and
ten pence legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter Isabel a feather bed furnished with
cloathes as legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my granddaughter Isabel Kneale who now
resides with us in the house four guineas legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath unto Isabel Camaish who now resides with us
also the sum of one guinea legacy.
Item I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Isabel the sum of twenty
five pounds being my part of the mortgage money in the lands of John Sayle
(Close) as legacy.
Item I leave six pence legacy to all cravers.
Lastly I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my well beloved son and
daughter Patrick and Isable Kneale whole and sole executors of all
the rest of my goods and chattels of what kind or nature soever
moveable or unmoveable.  In witness hereof I have cause my mark to be set to
my name this 15th February 1798                   Margery Kneale my mark x

20 Jun 1798 The executors sworn in court in form of law and to be true and
just each to the other in the division of the residuum of the estate
of the said testatrix and have given pledges for the payment of debts and
legacies namely the witnesses of this will.
