At a Court holden at KK Michael 12th 
May 1799.
Henry Crellin formerly of the parish of KK German
but late of the Town of Whitehave departed this Life there
in or about the year [blank] Intestate and without .... 
and some of his next of Kin having appeared in Court, but
declined sueing out Letters of Administration of hiseffect,
the Court hath upon the Petition of Esther Crellin his wife
committed the Admiinstration of all and singular the
Goods Rights Credits Chattels and Effects of the said
Henry Crellin unto Esther Crellin his Wife and she is
thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the Estate of
her Intestate, to return a full and perfect Inventory thereof
to the Episcopal Registry and to pay all just Debts of
the Intestate so far forth as his Goods and Effects will
extend an the Law shall bind her and also to be
accountable for her said Administration when thereupon
required by the said Court. To which ends she hath
given Pledges in form of Law namely Mr. Thomas Ho..
of the town of Raksey and Samuel Reid of the Parish
of KK Michael,
