Jurby January 29th 1796
The last will and testament of Daniel Tear of Jurby as
followeth I live and bequeath to my son John
a crown. I live and bequeath to my daughter Isable
forty shillings. I live and bequeath to my step
daughter Margaret the wife of John Kinread ten
shillings. I live and bequeath to kmy gran daughter
Isable Tear a daughter of my son in law Thos Tear
twenty shillings. I live to every claimer one shilling.
Lastly I live and bequeath
to my gran daughter Jane Tear daughter of the
foresaid Thos Tear whome I likewise constiture make
and ordain the sole excutrick of this my last will
and testament all and singular whatsoever rights
title prberty or demand have for shall or may have
hereafter to any houses or lands with all the rest
of my good moveable and emoveable dead or alive
Whatsoever together with all my money either
mentioned in bill bills of mortagager bonds notes
writing or on agreement. And so hereby utterly
disallow revoke and disannul all and every other former
testaments wills legacies bequest and excutors by me in
anywise before named willed and bequeathed ratisfying
and confirming this and no other to be my last testament

the Executr named is sworn in court in form of law
& hath given pledges for the payment of debts &
