KK Braddan

At an Eccles. Court holden
in the parish of KK Patrick on
the 13th day of June 1799

Elinor Cowin als Creer of the parish
of KK Braddan having departed this life in
or about the month of February 1798 intestate
and the court having received intelligence
thereof hath decreed her three children namely
John, William and Margaret Cowin joint
Administrators of all and singular hew goods,
rights, credits chattels and effects movable &
immovable whatever who being all under age
Daniel Cowin their father is sworn their guardian
and supervisor and in trust for them well and truly
to administer the estate of the said intestate
to return a full true & perfect inventory thereof
to the Episcopal Registry and to pay all her
just debts so far forth as her goods and effect
will extend & the law bind him and to these ends
he hath given pledges in form of law namely
John Gell & Wm Crain both of KK Braddan.
Philip Creer and Wm Creer Uncles to the
said minors on their mothers side are likewise
sworn their guardians & supervisors in form of law
