Lezayre The 5th of October 1800
The last Will and Testament of Ewan Kinread
of KnockGarroo in the Parish of KK Christ
Lezayre being sick in body but of sound and
disposing mind memory and understanding made
and published the same on the second day of
October instant in manner following
First he committed his soul to God and
body to Christian burial. He bequeathed
to his son Ewan Kinread all his part of the
horses and sheep. He willed sixpence each
to all persons claiming any right to his
goods and effects. He declared that they had
given their daughter the sum of Twenty Pounds
which was the reason he left her no
legacy by his will. And lastly nomin-
ated certified and and appointed Ewan
Kinread his said son sole and whole
Executor and residuary legatee of this
his last will and testament and six each to
the witnesses hereof

The Executor is sworn in Court in form of law & hath
given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies
