       Andreas
George Radcliffe of the parish of Kirk Andreas having departed this life
on or about the eleventh day of this instant month intestate and this
court having received intelligence thereof hath decreed his two sons namely
William Radcliffe and Patrick Radcliffe joint administrators of
all and singular his goods, rights, credits, chattels, and effects
moveable and immovable whatever -  his other children namely Charles
Radcliffe, Jane Goldsmith alias Radcliffe the wife of John Goldsmith and
Catharine Kneal als Radcliffe the wife of William Kneal having been advanced
in  life by marriage settlements or otherwise (as aledged) and they the said
William Radcliffe and Patrick Radcliffe are thereupon
sworn well and truly to administer the estate of the said intestate to
exhibit a full true and perfect inventory thereof into the Episcopal
Registry to pay all his just debts so far forth as his goods and effects
will extend and the law bind them and to render a just account of their
said administration when thereunto lawfully required and to these ends they
have given pledges in form of law namely Thomas Allen of the said parish and
James Brew of Lezayre Gentlemen.

The humble petition of Wm Radcliffe and Patrick Radcliffe of Andreas
Sheweth:  That your petr's father George Radcliffe of Andreas departed this
life on or about 11th of this instant month November intestate and without
making any disposal of his goods and effects.  That there are certain
perishable goods left upon the premises to a considerable amount that your
petrs are well informed that their brother Charles Radcliffe
heir at law and their sister Jane wife of John Goldsmith of Ballacooil
and also their sister Cathrine  wife of Wm Kneal are all well provided
for by contract, settlement or otherwise, and that your petrs are the
only children unprovided for.
Your petr therefore humbly prays your reverence will be graciously
pleased to take their case into consideration and will grant a speedy day
of hearing as soon as convenient and that your petrs may be sworn executors
in due form of law and your petrs as in duty bound shall pray. Ordered that
the matters of this petition do come on to be heard at a Consistory Court to
be holden at KK Michael  on Thursday the 27th Nov instant whereof all proper
parties and persons to have due notice.

The humble petition of Charles Radcliffe of the parish of Andreas
Sheweth:  That your petitioner's father George Radcliffe of Cronk---- in the
parish of Andreas aforesaid departed this life on or about the 12th day of
November instant.
That your petitioner by virtue of a Deed of Contract executed between
the deceadent and your petitioner was to possess his said father's estate of
lands immediately upon his decease as by the said deed bearing date
the 18th day of July 1778 may at large appear.
That notwithstanding such your petitioner's undoubted right to enter
upon the immediate possession of the said premises of lands he is well
advised he cannot with propriety do so until the will of his father is
such there be is perfected in law and an executor sworn or an administration
decreed of his effects, whereby a party or parties may be legally appointed
to represent the deceadant relative to his personal estate.
Your petitioner therefore humbly prays your reverences would be pleased to
order a speedy hearing of this cause that a probate of the will or
administration of the effects of the deceadant may be forthwith ordered and
decreed And an executor or administrator sworn of the personal estate of the
deceadent whereby your petitioner may lawfully  proceed
to enter upon and possess uninterruptedly the said deceadent estate of lands
immediately.
And your petitioner will pray.

Ordered that the matters of this petition do come on to be heard at
Consistory Court to be holden at KK Michael on Thursday the 27th instant
whereof all proper parties and persons to have due notice.
