10  Braddan 1800 

This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Patrick
Macawer(McBooy) formally of the parish of KK Michael but now of the
parish of KK Braddan who being of disposing mind and memory at the
pronouncing thereof being the fourth day of June One thousand seven
hundred and ninty six.
First and principally he committed  his soul to the hands of Almighty God
who gave it and his body to Christian Burial and with regard to such
worldly goods as he was possessed of he disposed of the same in the
following manner, that is to say,
Item he left and bequeathed to his son Phillip Macawer(McBooy) the sum
of one shilling.
Item he left and bequeathed to his daughter Lenora Quayle the sum of one
shilling.
Item he left and bequeathed to his daughter Jane Cain the sum of one
shilling.
Lastly he left and bequeathed to his daughter Margaret Kelly the residue
and remainder of his effects movable and immovable of what nature or
denomination so ever and nominated constituted ordained and appointed
his aforesaid Margaret Kelly whole and sole executrix of his last will
and testament.
