In the Name of God Amen I William
Crow of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster
Master and Mariner do make and publish this
my last will and testament as follows
I will and direct all my just Debts and Fiducial
Expenses and the Probate hereof to be first paid.
I give and bequeath unto each of the
children of my uncle Evan Crow the sum of one
Guinea and also the sum of one Guinea to each of my
Uncle William Teares children.
I also will and direct that my Executors herein named
after payment of the above Legacies to collect all
my effects and turn the
same into money and put and place the same at Interest.
And I give and devise such Interest thereof to my
Father and Mother for their
Lives and for the Survivor of them and after
their deaths I give and bequeath
all and whatsoever I may be then possessed to
my Sister
Judy crow alias Judy Hinds her Executors Administrators
and Assigns forever
but in case she should be dead at the time of
the death
of the Survivor of my father and mother, I give
devise and bequeath the same to the children of my
said Sister Judy Equally to be all
divided amongst them when shall severally arrive at
the age of Twenty one
years and the Interest of such Children respective shared to
be applied towards their Maintenance Education and support
til they shall severally arrive at the age of Twenty one
years. And I do hereby
appoint my Brother Hugh Crow and William Sayle of Ramsey
in the Isle of Man Executors of this my will to each of
whom I give a
Suit of Mourning for their Trouble in the Execution
hereof. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this Twenty
Second day of July one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine.

as and for his last will and testament in witness of us who
at his request in his presence and in the presence of
each other have
subscribed our names and witnessed hereto the words
