William Quine 1801

	This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of William Quine of the Parish of 
	KK Patrick being sick but of perfect Mind and Memory at the making thereof and 
	who departed this Life the 13th day of August 1801.
First he recommended his soul to God and his Body to Christian Burial and with regard 
    to such goods as he was possessed of he disposed of the same as follows ~
Item He left and Bequeathed to his sisters Daughter Jane Cannel the  sum of Half a 
    Guinea~
Item He left and Bequeathed to his Daughter Christian Shimmin als Quine Croit E 
    Wooillen during her natural life time if herself and her sister Ann would agree
Item he left and Bequeathed to his son Wm Quine one Half of the Intack Lands
Lastly He left and Bequeathed his Daughter Ann Quine the residue and Remainder of his 
    Effects Moveable and Immoveable of what Nature soever. And Nominated 
	Constituted ordained and Appointed his aforesd Ann whole and sole Executrixof his 
	last Will and Testament in presence of us subscribing Witnesses this 17th day of 
	August 1801
