Lonan 1801
This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of Daniel
Kermod of the Parish of KK Lonnan who departed this life on the
....... month of June 1801 he being then sick and weak in
Body but of sound disposing mind and memory and understanding
First he recommended his Soul to God and Body to Christian
Burial and as concerning his worldly effects he bequeathed
them in manner following
In the first place he left and bequeathed a guinea to his
Daughter Mary
Itm He left and bequeathed a guinea to his Daughter Isable
Itm He left and bequeathed Ten shillings unto his Son in Law
Thos Webster
Itm He left and bequeathed Two shillings and six to any person
or persons that might claim any right to his effects
Lastly he constituted and appointed his loving wife Catherine
Kermod whole and sole Executrix of all the Rest and Residue
of his Goods and Effects both movable and immovable of
what Kind or Denomination so ever.
