This is affirmed by the subscribing Witnesses hereof
to be the last Will and Testament of Margaret Kelly
(Widow) of Balla Killeycleau in the parish of KK Michael
who was of sound and disposing Mind Memory & Understandg.
at the time She declared the Same in manner & form
following ~
First She committed her Soul to God and her Body
to Christian Burial. ~
Secondly She left and bequeathed the whole of her
flock of Sheep unto her Grandson John Quayle together
with the Sum of twenty Shillings as Legacy ~
? Lastly, She left and bequeathed all the Rest, Residue
and Remainder of her Goods, Chattles, Rights Credits & Effects
movable and immovable whatever unto her Daughter
Anne Kelly whom She nominated constituted & appointed
whole & sole Executrix and residing Legator of her last Will
and Testament And She also left six pence Legacy to
each Person who might claim any further Right to her
Goods & Effects and one shilling Each to the sd. Witnesses
of her Will sd. Witnesses . . .
