Kk Braddan}		At a Chapter Court holden
			in Douglas on the 22nd day
			of June 1802.

Mary Quirk als. Creer of the
Parish of Kk Braddan having departed
this Life on or about the 14th Day of
the Month of October last past Intestate
and this Court having received Intelligence
thereof hath Decreed her three Children
namely Paul Robert and Thomas Quirk
joint Admors of all and singular her
Goods Rights Credits Chattels and
Effects movable and immovable whatever
and the said Paul being absent from
Court and of too tender years to undertake
the Burden of the Administration of the
Estate of the said Intestate and the said
Robert and Thomas being under Age Paul
Quirk their father is sworn their Guardian
and Supervisor as also in Trust for them
well and truly to administer the said Estate
to exhibit unto the Episcopal Registry a
full true and perfect Inventory thereof
and to pay all the just Debts of the
said Intestate so far forth as her Goods
and Effects will extend and the Law bind him
and to these Ends he hath given Pledges
in Form of Law namely Thos. Kaighan
and Thos. Quiggan both of KkBraddan.
