Braddan 1803
At a Chapter Court holden in Douglas on the 28th day of June 1803.
Judith Caine alias Sayle of KK Braddan having departed this life on or about the
twenty first day of May last past intestate and the court having received
intelligence thereof hath decreed her five children namely John, Jane,
Elinore, Catharine and Judith Caine co-administrators of all and singular
her goods rights credits chattles and effects moveable and immovable
whatever and all the said administrators accepting and has said Catharine
being absent from court she is there upon sworn to administer the estate of
the said intestate to pay all her just debts so far forth a her goods and
effects will extend and the law bind and to be true and just to her said co
administrators in the division of the residue of the said estate and to
those ends she hath given pledges in for of law namely John Caine and John
Cross both of the said parish of KK Braddan. Decretum este - Ev. Christian
