The last Will & Testament of Elizabeth
Bridson, otherwise Kerruish, otherwise Creer,
(Wife of John Bridson of Balla-Chruink, in the
Parish of Malew) being of sound & disposing
mind and memory; the 27th day of may 1803.
First.  She commended her soul to God
and her Body to christian Burial.
Itm she left to her son, Robert Kerruish two
shillings & six Pence
Itm she left to her son Philip Bridson ten
Pounds.
Itm she left to her Daughter Elizabeth Bridson
ten Pounds.
Lastly – she left & bequeathed to her
loving Husband, John Bridson afored. whom
she likewise, constituted ordained & appointed
(the whole & sole) Execr. of this her last Will
& Testament all the residue and remainder
of her Goods, Chattels, Rights, & Effects; movable
and immovable, of what species of denominations
so ever – Leaving six pence Legacy to any
Person, or Persons, claiming or pretending
a right or Title unto any of her Goods
whatever –

Tho [Crasitor] is sworn in Court
in Form of Law and also to be Guardian
and Supervisor of the Testatrix's Children
who are under Age and hath given
Pledges for the Payment of Debts & Legacies
namely William Killey one of the Witnesses
and William ????? of Malew

12th June 1804, John Fargher claims Brits £10-10-0

31st Augst 1804, Matths. Creer Guardian of the orphan
child Robert Kerruish claims in behalf of sd.
Robt. Kerruish the sum of – Mx. £24-5-7
being the Amot. due sd. Robt. Kerruish of the Effects of his
Father Robt. Kerruish decd.

By Virtue of Vicar Genl. Christian's
Authority I charge Joseph Hampton and Margaret
his wife of KK Malew to appr. before a court to behold
[zen] at Mullen & Clec on Friday next by ten o'clock
in the forenoon to ansr. the suite of John Bridson
and this I [aver.] this 29th Augst. 1803 –
