In the name of God Amen.
We William and Ellinor Kinley of Ballahown in the parish of Santan
reflecting on the uncertainty and casualties of this life and
recommending our souls and bodies to the mercy of God through Jesus Christ
have thought it proper to make (now while we enjoy perfect health and
memory) out of the tender regard and conjugal affection we bear to each
other - Our joint will and testament as follows.
First we leave and bequeath unto our son William Kinley whatsoever sum
of money that is in his hands - it is not to be recovered of him.
Item we leave and bequeath unto our son Phillip Kinley two shillings and
six pence.
Item we leave and bequeath unto our daughter Isable Kinley als Arthur
one guinea.
Item we leave and bequeath unto our sister Margt Kinley als Huff one guinea.
Item we leave and bequeath unto our grand daughter Ann Arthur als Skinner
whatsoever money that is now in her hands it is not to be recovered of her.
Item we leave and bequeath unto our grand daughter Ann Quirk als Quay ten
pounds Manks a quilt, blanket, and a sheet.
Item we leave and bequeath unto our granddaughter Elizth Arthur ten pounds
Manks a quilt, blanket, and a sheet.
Item we leave and bequeath unto our grand children William Kinley and Elizth
Kinley a sheep each.
Item we leave and bequeath unto the poor of the parish one bowle of
barley which said legacies are not to be paid till after the longest liver
of the aforesd testators.
Lastly we hereby jointly consent that the survivor or longer liver of us
the aforesaid testators is to be sole executor of and too possess all the
remainder of our goods, chattels, credits, and effects of what kind
soever moveable and immoveable.
In witness whereof we hereunto sett our marks to our names this the
14th day of October 1800.

At an Ecclesiastical Court holden in the parish of KK Patrick on the 25th
day of March 1803.
William Kinley one of the testators having departed this life and Ellinor
Kinley the survivor and the executrix and residuary legatee on the before
going will named and appointed being unable owing to the
infirmities of old age to undertake the burden of the execution of thereof
Philip Kinley her son is upon her humble petition sworn executor of the
said will in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of the
said testator's debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
Probatum est  Ev Christian.
To the humble petition of Elinor Kinley of the parish of St Anne. Sheweth:
That your petr is the widow and relict of the late Wm Kinley Senr of the
parish who departed this life on or about the second day of February last
past, and previous to his decease duly made a joint will with your petr
as the same may and at large doth appear.
That your petr is now well advanced in years being eighty years of age
and from the infirmities of nature at this time of life very unable to
travel from home to manage her own affairs and having no child to
depend or rely upon but her son Phillip Kinley that certain effects when
of the said Wm Kinley died possessed are of a perishable nature and must
considerably decrease in value if not immediately attended to and preserved.
Wherefore your petr humbly prays your Reverence may be please to order a
hearing of this petition and that the will of the said Wm Kinley and
your petr may be proved and approved of and the burden and execution hereof
committed to your petrs son Phillip Kinley and said Phillip Kinley sworn
executor in trust of the same accordingly and your petr shall pray. 

Ordered that the beforegoing petition do come on to be heard at an Ecclesiastical
court to be holden in the court house in this parish on
Friday next whereof all proper parties and persons to have due notice. Given
at KK Patrick 18th March 1803.  Ev Christian
