74 Andreas
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Mrs Jane Radcliffe
of Ballaradcliffe in the parish of KK Andreas widow who departed this
life on or about the 14th day April 1803 and being of sound mind and memory
at declaring the same.
First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item.
She left and bequeathed to her daughter Mary the wife of Alexander Bonnyman
of the parish of KK Braddan the sum of twenty guineas as legacy.
Item she left and bequeathed to her daughter Jane the wife of John Radcliffe
of the said parish of KK Andreas the sum of twenty pounds as legacy.
Item she left and bequeathed to her daughter Esther the wife of Wm
Sayle of said parish of Andreas the sum of fifteen pounds as legacy. Item
she left and bequeath to her daughter Margery Radcliffe the sum of one
guinea as legacy.
Item she left and bequeathed to her son Thomas Radcliffe of said parish
of Andreas the sum of one guinea as legacy.
Item She left to the witnesses of this her will a crown each.
Lastly she nominate and appointed her daughter Ann Kneale the wife of
William Kneale of said parish of KK Andreas whole and sole executrix
and residuary legatee of the rest of her goods chattels and effects of
whatsoever denomination.

William Kneale is sworn executor in court in form
of law and hath given pledges for the payment of
debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will

I William Sayle husband of Esther the within named legatee do hereby
acknowledge to be paid and satisfied with the legacy of fifteen pounds
bequeathed unto my said wife Esther and do hereby acquit release and
discharge the executor of the last will and testament of Jane Radcliffe
of all claims and demands for the same Witness my name this 3d Nov 1804.
