			MAUGHOLD
			At a Chapter Court at Lezayre on
			The 16th Day of November 1803

	Daniel Radcliffe of the Parish of Kirk Maugho;d
Having departed this life on or about the 10th Day of
September last past Intestate and this Court having 
Received Intelligence thereof hath decreed his two 
Children namely Elizabeth and Ann Radcliffe
Co-administratrices of all and singular his goods Rights
Credits Chattels and effects movable and immovable 
Whatever who being under age Catherine Radcliffe their
Mother is thereupon sworn their guardian
And Supervisor as also in trust for them well and truly
To administer the Estate of the Intestate to return a true
And perfect inventory thereof to the Registry of this Court
And to pay all his just debts so far forth as his goods
And effects will extend and the Law shall bind him.
To which ends she hath given Pledges in form of Law
Namely Thomas Radcliffe Brother to the Deceased and
William Kneale her father who is also sworn guardians
And supervisors of the said children under age.
