The last Will and Testament of Bahee
Curphy als Gelling of the parish of KK Lonan
who departed this Life about the 9th Day of
February 1803 being sick and weak in body
But of perfect mind and memory at the making
thereof --- First committing her soul to God
and her Body to Christian Burial --- and as to
her worldly Effects she bequeathed them in manner
following.
Item She left and Bequeathed to her two sons David and
John Gelling one guianne Each.
Item She left and Bequeathed to her two Daughters
Elinor and Mary Gelling all her shaped clothes
with half a guianne Each.
Item She left and Bequeathed to her son William
Curphy ten pounds with her part of the
house in Doughlas.
Item She left and Bequeathed to Jane Christian
three yeards of Linseywolsey.
Item She further left six pense Legacy to any person
or persons that would claim any right to her
Effects.
And lastly she nominated and appointed her
Husband William Curphy whole and sole Exec’r
of all the rest of her goods moveable and immovable
of what kind or nature soever

The Exor is sworn in Court in form of
Law and hath given Pledges for the payment
of Debts & Legacies namely the Witnesses of the
Will
