Elizabeth Lennihan, 1804

Kk Andreas	
At a Chapter Court holden in the Parish of 
Lezayre on the 26th Day of October 1804.

Elizabeth Lennihan of the Parish of Kk Andreas 
having departed this life on or about the 19th 
Day of the Month of September last past Intestate 
and the Court having received Intelligence thereof 
hath Decreed her four children namely Philip John 
Isabella and Elizabeth Lennihan Co-Administrators 
of all and singular her Goods Rights Credits 
Chattels and Effects movable and immovable whatever 
and they all being under Age John Lennihan their 
father is sworn their Guardian and Supervisor and 
in Trust for them well and truly to administer the 
Estate of the said Intestate to exhibit a full true 
and perfect Inventory thereof into the Episcopal 
Registry and to pay all her (the Intestate’s) just 
Debts so far forth as her Goods and Effects will extend 
and the Law bind and to those Ends he hath given 
Pledges in Form of Law namely Wm Radcliffe and 
Thos Sayle both of Kk Andreas.

Thomas Bannin Uncle to the said Minors on their Mother’s 
Side is also sworn their Guardian and Supervisor.
