Kirk Michael 1805
In the name of God Amen. I Catherine Quayle of the parish of Michael doth
make this my last will and testament in manner and form following -
First I commit my soul to God and my body to be decently buried. Also I
leave and bequeath to my daughter Margarett Quayle the sum of twenty pounds
with three sheep my shear of the goods in the house my cloth wollen linen
and silk except some of my wareing cloth for Margery Joughin(sister). Also
I leave and bequeath to Margaret Kaighin a cotton bedgown. Also I leave and
bequeath to Catharine Shimin of KK German a check bedgown. Lastly I nominate
and appoint my loveing husband Thomas Quayle sole executors of all the rest
of my goods moveable or immoveable of what kind or nature soever cutting off
all claimers with six pences legacy as witness my subscription this 28th day
of Aug 1805. Witnesses Elizabeth Caine and Ann Kaighin.
