The last Will and Testament of Catherine
Kneale alias Radcliffe Regaby Beg in the Parish of
KK Andreas is as followeth
First I commit my soul to God that gave it
And my body to a decent Christian burial at
The desecration of my Exec.
Secondly I leave and bequeath unto my eldest son Wm
	    My whole right and title unto a parcel of Curragh “____”
	    In KK Christ Lezayre “___” by the name Wattleworth’s
	    Curragh as his legacy.
Thirdly I leave and bequeath unto my children namely
	John, Thomas, Charles, Rob’t, George and Edward the sum
	Of Twenty pounds British each to be paid unto each of 
	Them as they arrive at the age of Twenty years
	To them and each of them as legacy.
Fourthly I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Ann
	   That part or proportion of my deceased Father’s
               Goods which by Law do fall unto my share to be
	    Paid unto her at the age of twenty tears besides 
	    I leave her all my apparel and the least chest of 
                Drawers as her Legacy.
Fifthly and Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint
	My loving Husband Wm Kneale my whole and sole Executor
	Of all the rest of my goods movable and immovable
	Of what kind or description so ever as legacy.
	And I likewise ordain and appoint John Goldsmith
	Of Balladoole Lezaye and John Tear of Smeal of	
	Andreas as guardians in trust to see the aforesaid
            Children taken care of and brought up in a proper
	Manner and besides to trace their legacies “_____”
	In such a manner as that they shall get them at
	The aforesaid time when each of them successfully
	Shall arrive at the age of twenty years and that
	They are to get the said Legacies at that time without
	Interest arrising out of the same aforehand.
NB I Wm Kneale the husband of the said Testatrix being by
The signing of this will I likewise do give up
And grant unto my said daughter Ann that part
Or proportion of goods, which may or shall fall
To my share my father in Laws George Radcliffe
Deceased do title it upon my said daughter Ann.
It is to be understood likewise by this Last will and
Testament that if any of the aforesaid children either
Son or sons or daughter die that then and in that case
His or her legacies are to be distributed amongst
The rest of the children if they die under the age
Of Twenty years this 2nd day of April 1805.

At chapter Court holden at Lezayre June 26th 1805
The Exec is sworn in Court in form of law and also 
Guardian supervisor of the children under age
I hath given pledges for the payment of Debts and 
Legacies namely John Goldsmith of Lezayre and John Teare
Of Andreas He also consents that his daughter Ann shall get his
Proportion of the goods that may that may fall tohim by the 
Decease of his father in law George Radcliffe more 
Fully [inprosed] in the will.
