   Kermode  my wife being both well in  Health
   of  Body but calling to mind the uncertainty of

   Human Nature do make this our  Last  ^  Will
   &  Testament in manner  &  form following  [Viz]
Imprs  We Commit our Souls to God  and our
       Bodys to a Christian  &  decent Burial
Lastly We Nominate Constitute  &  appoint  the
       longest  liver of either of us  whole  &  Sole  Execu
       tor  or  Executrix  of all our Worldly Goods  or
       effects of what Kind or Denomination  what
       soever  &  Sixpence  each to all  Claimers
