John Looney, 1805

Maughold                   At a Chapter Court holden in
                           the Parish of Lezayre on the 22nd 
                           Day of October  1805 _____

        John Looney of the Parish of KK Maughold
having departed this Life on or about the 18th Day
of November  1804  Intestate and the Court having
received Intelligence thereof hath DECREED his six
Children namely John, Robert, Daniel, Esther,
Margaret and Isabel Looney, And the Children of
Wm. Looney a deceased Son of the said Intestate
Co – admins of all and singular his Goods Rights [Credits]
Chattels and Effects movable and immovable whatever
and all of them / excepting the said John / being absent
from Court he the said John is thereupon sworn well
and truly to administer the Estate of the Intestate to pay
all his just Debts so far forth as his Goods and Effeacts
will extend and the Law bind and to be just to his said 
Co – admins in the Division of the Residue of the said
Estate and to these Ends he hath given Pledges in
Form of Law namely Daniel Christian and Wm. 
Sayle both of Ramsey. ______
