Maughold               At a Chapter Court holden in
                       the Parish of Lezayre on the 22nd 
                       Day of October 1805

              William Kermod of the Parish of KK
Maughold having departed this Life on or about the 25th 
Day of the Month of January last past Intestate
and the Court having received Intelligence thereof hath
DECREED his four Children namely William Thomas
Richard and Margaret Kermod Co- admors of all and
Singular his Goods Rights Credits Chattels and Effects
movable and immovable whatever and the said Margaret
being absent from Court William, Thomas and Richard
aforesaid are sworn well and truly to administer the
Estate of the said Intestate to pay all his just Debts
so far forth as his Goods and Effects will extend and
the Law bind them and to be just the one to the other
as also to their said absent Co- Adminex in the Division
of the Residue of the said Estate and to these Ends
they have given Pledges in Form of Law namely
Samuel Quayle of KK Maughold and Thos. Kermod
of Ramsey. ___
