The last will and testament of Elizabeth Kennish alias Creetch being
weak in body but of sound mind and memory at the making hereof.
First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
Secondly she left to her son Daniel five pounds.
Item She left to her son John fifty pounds.
Item she left to her son William one hundred pounds
She left to her son Thomas all her part of the estate of Cordeman that they
purchased to be possessed by him at the age of twenty one years also the
gray colt.
She left to her daughter Jane Forty pounds.
She left to her daughter Elizabeth one hundred and fifty pounds and a
cow. She left a guinea to the poor to be given according to the discretion
of her executor.
Lastly she nominated and appointed her husband Thomas Kennish whole executor
of all the rest of her worldly goods moveable or immoveable of what nature
so ever excluding all persons that might claim any interest
in her will with six pence legacy a piece declared by the testatrix to be
her last will and testament in presence of us and desired us to witness
the same this 29th of December 1804.
