Santan
At a Chapter Court holden in Castle Rushen on the 19th day of June
1806.
Thomas Moore of Sulbrick in the parish of KK Santan having departed this
life on or about the 15th day of July 1805, intestate and the court having
received intelligence thereof hath decreed his five children namely
Thomas, John, Jane, Margaret, and Ann Moore co admors of all and
singular his goods rights credits, chattels and effects movable and
immovable whatever and Daniel Kewley husband of the said Jane ,
Thomas Beatty husband of the said Margaret and Thos Thomas husband of the
said Ann being absent from court Thomas Moore aforesaid is thereupon sworn
well and truly to administer the estate of the said intestate to pay all his
just debts so far forth as his goods and effects
will extend and the law bind him and to be just to his said co admors in
the division of the residue of the said estate and to these ends he hath
given pledges in form of law namely Paul Bridson and Thos Cowley both
of the said parish.
