In the name of God amen. I Anne
Kindred als Quilliam of KnockGarrow
in the parish of KK Christ Lezayre
being of sound and disposing mind memory
and understanding and calling to mind the
uncertainty of this transitory life do make
this my last Will and Testament inmanner
and form following
First I commit my sould to the merchy of
God thro' the merits of my saviour
Jesus Christ and my body to a decent
Christian burial
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my son
and heir Ewan Kindread five shillings
british as a legacy
Thirdly I leave and bequeath one
shilling british to any person or
persons that will calim any right
to my said Will
Lastly I nominate constitute and
appoint my son in law Ewan Kneen
of the said parish of Lezayre to be
my whole and sole Exector of all my
cash credits goods and effects moveable
and immovable of whatsoever kind or
nature; and this to be may last Will and
Testament; in testamony hereof this the
10th day of May one thousand and eight hundred
and six 1806
