The Last Will and Testament of Alice Quine of the Parish of the St Ann being of
sound mind at the makeing hereof
First she committed her soul and her body to Christian Burial, Secondly she Left
and bequeathed to her son John all that parcel of land called xxxxxx vaire (carity
? vaire) together with the tithe that was purchased both of at xxxxxx vaire (Croity
? vaire) and also the tithe of that part of Ballafurt that was purchased she left to
her Daughter Catherine five shillings. She left to her granddaughter Eliz Quine
the Bed whereon she Lay. Lastly she Nominated and appointed her son John
Whole Exct of all the rest of her worldly goods moveable or unmoveable of what
natur [soever] Excluding all persons that might claim any interest in her will with
six pence Legacy apiece published and Declared by her testator to be her Last
will and testament in presence of her and desired us to witness the same

The Executor is sworn in court in formal law hath given Pledges for the payment
of Debts and Legacies namely the Witnesses of the Will Probatum est
