Kirk Lonan At a Chapter Court holden in
the Court-house in Douglas on the
10th Day of June 1806
James Moore of the Parish of KK Lonan
having departed this life on or about the 24th Day
of the month of November last past Intestate and
the Court having received intelligence thereof hath
Decreed his two children namely James and
Ann Moore and the children of Elinor Moore decd
another child of the intestate co-admors of all and singular his
Goods Rights Credits Chattels and Effects movable
and immovable whatever and the said Ann and the
said children being absent from Court James aforsaid
is therefore sworn well and truly to administer the
Estate of the said intestate to pay all his just
Debts so far forth as his Goods and Effects will
extend and the Law bind and to be just to his
said co-admors in the Division of the Residue
of the said Estate to these ends he hath
given pledges in Form of Law namely Thomas
Corrin and Edward Caine both of said Parish
Decretum Est
