This is affirmed by the subscribing witnesses hereof to be the last will
and testament of Ann Corkan als Cannell of Glenwillen in the parish of
KK Michael declared - She being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding when she declared the same.
First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
Secondly She left and bequeathed unto her daughter Elinor Corkan the
sum of twenty pounds of the money which was due from her son William Corkan
together with the chest called her own and what was therein and the flax
heckel(hatchel) and smoothing iron.
Thirdly She bequeathed unto the children of her son John Corkan so much of
her apparel as her said daughter Elinor might think proper to give
them.
Fourthly she bequeathed unto her said son John Corkan the sum of five
shillings British as legacy.
Lastly she nominated, constituted, and appointed her said son William Corkan
and her said daughter Elinor Corkan joint executors of her will
and residuary legatees of all the rest, residue, and remainder of her
goods, rights, credits, chattels, and effects movable and immovable
whatever.  As witness our names and marks this 6th day of May 1807.

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Michael June 16 1807.  The executors are
sworn in court in form of law and to be true and just the one to the other
in the division of the effects and have given pledges for the payment of
debts and  legacies namely John Cannell and John Cain both of KK
Michael.

I William Crow husband of Elinor Crow als Corkan late deceased do
acknowledge to have received from my brother in law William Corkan the
legacy of twenty pounds bequeathed to my said late wife in and by the within
will of her mother Ann Corkan deceased.  And I do further acknowledge to
have been fully paid and satisfied by my said brother in
law for all goods, cash, notes, credits, legacy, and effects whatever unto
which my said wife is entitled as joint executor with the said William
Corkan of the said will and I do hereby exonerate, release, acquit, and
discharge the said William Corkan his executors, administrators assigns and
every other person of the said joint executorship and legacies and every
part thereof.  As witness my name and mark this 19th day of April 1811. Wm
