     Bride
This is affirmed by the witnesses to be the last will and testament of
John Garrett of Ballnaghennee in the parish of KK Bride, made published and
declared on  the 16th  day of June 1807 and committed to writing on the 22nd
day of the said instant month; he being of perfect mind memory and
understanding at the making hereof in manner following:
First He commended his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. Item He
declared before the witnesses that he had the sum of twenty pounds laid out
at interest in the custody of John Kneale (Roose) in the parish of KK Christ
Lezayre and that eight pounds of the said money was the property of his
daughter Mary Garrett, the same being a legacy which
was left to her by the last will and testament of her mother and the
remaining twelve pounds he bequeathed unto his two daughters namely
Ann Martin alias Garrett, and the before name Mary Garrett to be equally
between them, that is to say, six pounds a piece to them.
Item He left unto his two sons John and Thomas all his shaped apparel
equally between them.
Item He left unto his three youngest children namely Thomas, Catharine, and
Elinor the sum of twenty shillings each as legacy.
Item:  He left unto his loving wife Elinor Garrett all and singular the benefits

produce and issues of all his land until such time as his
children be arrived at age, if the law can afford it to be so.
Finally He nominated and appointed his loving wife Elinor Garrett alias
Howland sole executrix of all the rest of his goods, chattels and effects
moveable and immoveable of what kind or denomination soever, hereby
excluding every other person or persons that may hereafter pretend to claim
any right or title to this property with a shilling each legacy.

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre Oct 22d 1807.
The executrix sworn in court in form of law and also guardian and supervisor
of the children under age hath given pledges for the payment
of debts and legacies namely Daniel Cowle and Samuel Corkish the witnesses
of the will            Probatum est  Thomas Cubbon.
