In the name of God Amen.
I Elizabeth Stowell wife of Thos Stowell of the town of Douglas in the
Isle of Man Advocate do make this my will as follows:
I commend my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
I leave to each of my children born and to be born one hundred pounds
British.
And I leave all the rest residue and remainder of my property, houses,
lands, goods, chattels, and effects to my husband whom I appoint
executor of the my will and guardian of my children.
As witness my hand the first of June 1800
