KK Andreas June 1806
This is to be the last will and testament of James Radcliffe of the parish of KK
Andreas being of sound mind and memory at the making thereof
First I leave and bequeath unto Thomas Fayle of Andreas the sum of three pounds as
legacy
Lastly I nominate and appoint my loving wife Easter Radcliffe a sole executor of all
the rest of my goods chattels and effects with all my properties movable and
immovable of what kind or nature so ever,
To the witnesses of this my will half a crown each.

The executrix is sworn [in Court] in form of law and hath given pledges for the
payment of debts and legacies [namely] the witnesses to the will.
