At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas
12th October 1808
Christian Kinread als Cowin of the parish of
KK Braddan having departed this life on or
about the 19th day of August last past intestate, &
the Court having received intelligence thereof
hath decreed her four children namely John
James Thomas & Ann Kinread co-admors of all
& singular
her goods rights credits chattles & effects move=
=able and immoveable whatever, James thos
& Ann being absent from Court, John is sworn
to exhibit a full true & perfect in trust well &
truly to administer the estate of the intestate
to exhibit a full true & perfect inventory thereof
to the Episcopal Registry to be true to pay all
her just debts so far forth as the goods will
extend and the law bind him, & to true and
just to his co-adkministrators, and to these ends
he hath given pledges in form of Law namely
Robert Cottier and Paul Gelling both of
Marown.        Decretum est
