Anno Domini 1808 June 23.  KK Mickal 

In the Name of God Amen. I Elezebeth Kaighin of BalleyQuine in 
the parrish of KK Mickal being weak in body but of Sound mind & 
mimmory and Understanding at the making hereof do here make my 
Last will and Testament. 
First I commit my Soul Unto God and my body unto Cristhan Burial
2. I leave and Bequeath Unto my son John Kaighin the Sum of five Shillings.
3. I leave and bequeath Unto my Daughter Margret Cannel my cloths with 
two peuter Dishes with twenty Shillings Legacy to her grand Daughter Jane Cannel
4.  I leave and Bequeath Unto my Son Charles Kaighin A Blankad and a Coverled.
5.  I leave and Bequeath Unto my Daughter Catherine Kaighin the best cow.
Lastly I ordain nominate and appoint my twoo Daughters Ann and Catherine Kaighin 
Sole Exe’xes of all the rest of my goods moveable and immovable of what kind or 
nature soever. I leave and bequeath unto any one that will Claim to this 
my Last Will and Testemant One Shilling as Legacy.

The Ex’s beforenamed are sworn in court in form of law, & have given pledges 
for the payment of Debts & Legacies, namely the witnesses of the Will.  Probatum est.
