At an Eccl Court holden in Peeltown the 28th day of April 1809.
John Kaighin of Ballacreggey of the parish of KK Michael departed this
life on or about the 13th day of April last past intestate and this court
having received intelligence thereof hath for the preservation of the
rights of creditors and all other persons interested in his estate committed
the administration of all and singular the goods rights,
credits, chattels, and effects of the said interstate unto James Quirk of
Knockaloe in the parish of KK Patrick and Daniel Lace Senior and Daniel Lace
Junior of the parish of Jurby and Ann Kaighin of the parish of Kirk Michael
and they are there upon sworn well and truly to administer the same to take
care of the children under age of the said intestate  that they sustain no
injury in their persons, property, or education so far as they the said
administrators can prevent it, to exhibit a full true and perfect inventory
thereof into the Episcopal Registry to pay all his just debts so far forth
as his goods and effects will extend and the law bind them and then render a
fare and just account of their said administration when thereunto lawfully
required and to these ends they have given pledges in form of law namely Wm
Robert Christian of KK Patrick and Thomas Long of Peeltown Innkeeper.
