At a Consistory Court holden at Kirk Michael 18th May 1809.
Catharine Moore als Clucas of the parish of KK Santan departed this life
about the 28th day of April 1808 intestate the court having received
intelligence thereof hath decreed her five children namely Thomas, John,
Catharine, Margaret and Isabella Moore co- administrators of all the
goods rights credits chattels and effects of the intestate.  The said
Thomas, John, Catharine and Isabella being absent from court John Moore
their father is by consent of Thomas Brew husband of Margt sworn in trust
duly to administer the estate of the intestate to exhibit a full true and
perfect inventory thereof into the Episcopal Registry to pay all her just
debts and so far forth as the goods will extend and the law bind him and to
be accountable for his administration when thereunto lawfully required and
to these ends he hath given pledges in form of law namely
the Rev'd John Kewley and Robert Moore of Peeltown.
