BRIDE
This is affirmed by the Witnesses to be the
Last Will and Testament of John Mylevorrey of the
Parish of KK Bride published and declared on
The 21st day of September 1803 and committed
To writing on the 27th day of the said "__" month.
He being of perfect mind memory and
Understanding at the making hereof in
Manner herein after mentioned.
First He committed his soul to God and his body
To Christian burial
Item He bequeathed and left unto Thomas Radcliffe
A great blue coat.
Item He bequeathed and left unto his brother William
Mylevorrey his wearing apparel.
Lastly He nominated and appointed his loving wife
Elinor Mylevorrey sole executrix of all the rest
Of his Goods movable and Immovable of what
Nature so ever hereby excluding ever other person
Or persons that may hereafter pretend to break this
Will with one shilling each Legacy. To the Witnesses
Of the Will he left one shilling each.

Notwithstanding this will is proved
But by one witness yet as no objection
Has been made the Executrix is sworn in
